Class Timetable and bookings

I use a booking system called Bookwhen, where you can book into a classes. A small booking fee is added to the price of each booking. From the 1st May 2025, the majority of classes will be run as six week courses, although once a course has started, any remaining spaces will be made available on a drop in basis.

Classes held at the Balance studio are booked through Pilates by Physio - please visit their website, create an account and book in through their booking system.

If you can’t get to class, you can either join on Zoom or I will send the class recording.

  • Rise and Shine Yoga

    A great way to start your day !

    Relaxed and friendly classes for health and wellbeing, with a focus on strength, flexibility, co-ordination and balance, as well as relaxation and breathing techniques to soothe the mind and enhance emotional wellbeing.

  • Gentle flow yoga

    Wednesdays 6 - 7 pm, Calm Village Studio

    4 Thingwall Road, Irby, Wirral

    The perfect mid week class to support your energy levels through the remainder of the week and into the weekend. Gently flowing sequences for balance, co-ordination, strength and flexibility. Each class will include pranayama (breathing techniques) and relaxation.

  • Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs

    Tuesdays 1045 - 1200 in Moreton - bookings through Pilates by Physio

    Tuesdays 1800 - 1915 in Hoylake

    Wednesdays 1030 - 1145 in Hoylake

    Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs is a 12 week course based on research by Arthritis Research UK and the University of York. Kate has been teaching the course since 2013 and is confident that it can help the majority of people with chronic back pain.   • Relax, Renew, Restore

    Thursdays, 7 - 830pm

    St Bridgets Centre, West Kirby & Zoom

    Everyone welcome

    This is the ideal class for anyone feeling tired, stressed or overwhelmed. 90 minutes of gently soothing restorative yoga to ease mind, body and spirit, concluding with a long relaxation (yoga nidra) and mini soundbath.

    Restorative Yoga is Kate’s go to during times of stress and anxiety - it really is calming and soothing.

    The class runs on the third Thursday of the month.

  • Chair based yoga, coffee and chat

    Chair yoga classes are ideal for anyone looking for a gentle exercise class who cannot get down to the floor, either through injury or illness. The classes include a variety of movements to maintain and improve strength, flexibility, co-ordination and balance. Each class concludes with a lovely relaxation. The last half hour of the class is time for a cuppa and natter

  • Restful Relaxations

    Weekly audio relaxations to your phone via Whatsapp. If you’re in need of a rest (and chances are that you are !), take a break to lie down and enjoy some stillness while listening to a relaxation track. Relaxation techniques vary, so hopefully you’ll find one that suits you.

    Kateis a qualified CPD tutor for the British Wheel of Yoga offering teacher training events. Please get in touch if you’d like to arrange a teacher training event in your area.

    Its a pleasure to run mini retreat days for women about different elements of menopause, such as post menopause health, pelvic floor health, hot flushes and insomnia to name a few. Several events will run each year.
